Xiaomi Mix Fold 3 is powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC

When we look at the specs of the newest foldable phone, Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC gives power to Xiaomi Mix Fold 3. With this chipset, we can be sure that the phone will show great performance, alongside up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage. Moreover, it has a 4,800mAh battery with 67W wired charging support and 50W wireless charging support.

Thanks to its battery, the phone is claimed to last up to 8 hours 20 minutes. On the display, there is an 8.03-inch 2K inner display with a 120Hz refresh rate, while the Mix Fold 3 features a 6.5-inch FHD+ screen with a 120Hz refresh rate on the cover. These two screen are equipped with dual stereo speakers.

One of the best features of the Xiaomi devices is their camera system. Xiaomi offers Leica-powered cameras on its latest smartphones, and it is the same for the Mix Fold 3. The newest foldable phone has a 50-megapixel Sony IMX989 lens, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, a 50-megapixel telephoto camera, and a 50-megapixel periscope lens on the back.

While the company hasn’t announced whether the Xiaomi Mix Fold 3 will be available outside of China, it will go on sale on August 16. Here is the pricing:
