Simultaneously, Thailand’s NBTC regulatory body has granted certification to the international editions of the Redmi Note 17 and Redmi Note 17 Pro Max, confirming that these popular mid-range smartphones are prepared for an imminent global rollout.

Available configurations for the global market are expected to range from 8GB/256GB to 12GB/512GB of RAM and storage. Meanwhile, the standard Redmi Note 17 model retains similarities to its Chinese counterpart but differentiates itself with a slightly smaller 7,700 mAh battery.
