Xiaomi has introduced the Mijia Refrigerator Pro French 560L, the first French-door refrigerator for the high-end appliance market. The new refrigerator stands out with its advanced cooling technologies, precise temperature control, and comprehensive smart features.
Mijia Refrigerator Pro French 560L is now available
The new model has a total volume of 560 liters. 360 liters of this volume is allocated to the refrigerator and 200 liters to the freezer compartments. The appliance features a dual cooling system using separate evaporators and fans for each compartment.
This design not only provides more effective cooling but also prevents odors from mixing between compartments. The temperature control system is highly precise, limiting temperature fluctuations to ±0.5°C in the main refrigerator and ±0.1°C in the micro-ice storage area.
Xiaomi uses its own Micro-Ice Fresh technology in this refrigerator. This system allows meat to be stored below freezing without freezing. According to company data, this technology preserves meat freshness for 10 days, reduces water loss to 2.89%, and enhances flavor.
The refrigerator also supports fast freezing at −30∘C to quickly preserve nutrients. Water molecule filtration maintains a high humidity level, helping fruits and vegetables stay fresh for up to 7 days with minimal weight loss.
The Mijia Refrigerator Pro French 560L comes with a comprehensive hygiene system. The device includes nano-blue light sterilization, which eliminates 99.999% of E. coli, and positive/negative ion technology, which targets bacteria, viruses, odors, and pesticide residues.
The freezer section supports an antibacterial full-cycle ice-making system and produces 1.22 kilograms of ice in 55 minutes. Removable parts make cleaning easy, and the automatic cleaning function takes only 3 minutes.
The refrigerator’s daily electricity consumption is 0.74 kWh. This translates to 25% less energy consumption compared to previous generations, equivalent to approximately three months’ worth of electricity savings annually. The device operates at a low noise level of just 31 dB.
The device supports the Xiaomi HyperOS ecosystem. Users benefit from smart functions such as NFC food logging, voice or manual inventory entry, and expiration reminders. Furthermore, its AI scheduling feature shifts intensive tasks to low-rate hours to reduce costs.
The refrigerator, available in China in Ice Crystal White and Star Silver, is priced at $1,121. However, it is available at a special launch price of $896.
