Xiaomi has made the beta version of its new HyperOS 2 operating system available for testing on more than 10 devices. However, one important requirement must be met in order to use it. To participate in the beta, users have to answer a series of questions and score 85 points or more. The testing process will be carried out with a very limited group of users.
Which devices have received the Xiaomi HyperOS 2 Beta update?
First of all, the beta is only intended for a limited user base. Participants will be the first to experience the new features and will be able to contribute to Xiaomi’s development of HyperOS 2 by reporting potential problems with the system.
Meanwhile, the full version of HyperOS 2 is already available for some devices, such as the Redmi K70 Ultimate and Xiaomi Pad 6S Pro. These are among the devices included in the new beta test starting today:
- Xiaomi 13 Ultra, Xiaomi 13 Pro, Xiaomi 13
- Xiaomi MIX Fold 4 and MIX Flip
- All models of the Redmi K70 series (K70E, K70 Pro, K70 and K70 Ultimate)
- Redmi K60 Ultimate
- Xiaomi Pad 6S Pro 12.4
HyperOS 2, which Xiaomi introduced in October, has done much to talk about in performance and integration thanks to its self-developed microarchitecture scheduler. The new system offers full compatibility with the Apple ecosystem. This means that users can easily share files and images between devices by installing the Xiaomi Connectivity Services app. HyperOS 2 also has AI-powered features. Here are the AI highlights:
- AI-powered cinematic lock screen clocks
- Automatic wallpaper creation
- AI-based image drawing
Voice memos and text translation support
