ZES and Beefull Launch Strategic Electric Vehicle Charging Partnership

In a major development for the Turkish e-mobility landscape, industry leaders ZES (Zorlu Energy Solutions) and Beefull Teknoloji have officially launched a strategic roaming integration to streamline the electric vehicle (EV) charging experience. Announced this week, this collaboration allows EV owners to access both companies’ extensive charging networks through a single mobile platform, eliminating the need to manage multiple accounts or applications. By consolidating access to thousands of AC and DC charging points across Turkey, the partnership significantly reduces range anxiety for drivers, facilitating smoother daily commutes and long-distance travel while fostering a more interconnected and efficient national charging infrastructure.
- The partnership integrates the charging networks of ZES and Beefull to provide a unified user experience for electric vehicle drivers.
- Drivers gain access to over 10,000 charging points through a single mobile application without needing separate memberships.
- The integration supports real-time monitoring of charger occupancy and seamless payment processing across both networks.
- The collaboration expands the reach of combined AC and DC socket infrastructure to support the growing electric vehicle population in Turkey.
This roaming integration represents a vital shift toward a more user-centric and seamless e-mobility ecosystem.
Charging Networks Provide Unified Access to Drivers
For years, electric vehicle users in Turkey have faced the fragmented inconvenience of downloading various applications for different charging operators. Each operator required unique payment setups and registration processes, which often complicated the simple task of recharging a vehicle. The integration between ZES and Beefull directly addresses this operational friction.
By enabling cross-platform functionality, the companies ensure that a driver using the ZES application can locate, navigate to, and pay for a charging session at a Beefull station, and vice versa. This interoperability is expected to become the industry standard as the number of electric vehicles on the road continues to rise.
Infrastructure Capabilities Support Long-Distance Travel
The scale of this partnership is substantial, combining the deep resources of two major players. According to recent Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EPDK) data, ZES provides an extensive network of 2,949 AC and 2,493 DC sockets, while Beefull contributes 591 AC and 238 DC units to the partnership. Together, they now offer access to a combined network of over 3,540 AC and 2,731 DC sockets.
This combined capacity significantly enhances the reliability of the nationwide charging grid for long-range journeys.
Industry Leaders Prioritize Seamless User Experience
ZES Country Manager Cüneyt Tınaz emphasized that the primary goal of this initiative is to prioritize speed and accessibility for the end-user. He noted that removing the barriers between different service providers is a critical component of the company’s vision for continuous, uninterrupted mobility. Supporting this sentiment, Beefull CGO Alper Arın highlighted that the future of the sector depends on the interoperability of existing infrastructure rather than just the construction of new stations. He believes that shared networks improve overall investment efficiency and accelerate the country’s transition to sustainable transportation.
Enhanced connectivity between charging networks is paving the way for wider electric vehicle adoption across the region.
