According to Digital Chat Station, known for its leaks in the industry, the upcoming Realme GT 5 Pro will feature a curved OLED panel with a 2K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The device will have a metal mid-frame and will be resistant to dust and water.,
The smartphone will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor. Qualcomm has set the launch date for the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 to October 2023. The new chipset will be showcased at Qualcomm’s annual Snapdragon Summit, which is scheduled to take place in Maui, Hawaii from October 24th to 26th.
In addition to the new chipset’s launch date, it also seems to impress with its performance. According to the information, the processor will feature a significant performance boost and will host a Cortex-X4 core clocked at 3.7GHz. Changes to the core architecture of the processor are also expected.
The device will come with 24GB of RAM, 1TB of storage space, and a 5,400mAh battery. Furthermore, the battery will support 100W wired charging and 50W wireless charging.
The rear camera setup of the Realme GT 5 Pro is expected to consist of a primary camera from the Sony IMX9 series, an OmniVision OV64B periscope telephoto camera, and an ultra-wide-angle camera. The launch date of the device is not yet known.
