Samsung, a significant player in the foldable phone market, is continuing its work on the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Z Flip 5 models. Numerous leaks have surfaced regarding foldable phones in the past. Recently, a pricing development has emerged that could somewhat satisfy users of the Galaxy Z Fold 5.
Galaxy Z Fold 5 to be cheaper than its predecessor
Revegnus, known for its leaks in the industry, stated that the upcoming Galaxy Z Fold 5 model would be priced $100 lower than its predecessor. It’s important to note that this is a claim and has not been confirmed by Samsung yet.
Reports about the Z Fold 5 are intensifying as the expected unveiling in late July approaches. A leaked render image, revealed by MySmartPrice, showcases the design of the foldable phone. The shared image largely eliminates the question marks regarding the smartphone’s design.
The leaked render image reveals that the Z Fold 5 bears significant similarities to its predecessor, the Z Fold 4, with some minor changes. Particularly, the Z Fold 5 offers users a larger screen area by reducing the bezels around the foldable display.
TheZ Fold 5 comes with a change in the placement of the LED flash. As known, the LED flash on the Galaxy Z Fold 4 was positioned below the triple camera unit. Taking the latest leak into consideration, we can say that on the Z Fold 5, it will be located on the right side of the top camera.
