Which processor will power the Galaxy Z Flip FE?
According to industry leaker Jukanlosreve, the upcoming Galaxy Z Flip FE will feature the Exynos 2400e chipset, which also powers the Galaxy S24 FE introduced in September.
The processor is built on a 4 nm manufacturing process and includes 1x 3.1 GHz ARM Cortex-X4, 2x 2.9 GHz ARM Cortex-A720, 3x 2.6 GHz ARM Cortex-A720, and 4x 1.95 GHz ARM Cortex-A520 cores, along with the Samsung Xclipse 940 GPU.
Given reports that the Galaxy Z Flip FE will be budget-friendly, this processor choice seems logical. Furthermore, the flagship Galaxy Z Flip 7 model is expected to feature the Exynos 2500 chipset. This is how the South Korean brand will manage to cut costs for its budget-friendly model.
Despite the processor differences, both the Galaxy Z Flip FE and Galaxy Z Flip 7 are expected to use the same displays. Currently, no other technical details have emerged.
