Every week in the gaming world, certain productions are made available for free. This week’s good news came from Bethesda. The gaming giant allows users to add three different games to their libraries without spending a dime. Two games are on Epic Games and one is on Amazon Prime Gaming.
What’s free games to play this week?
In partnership with Amazon Prime Gaming and Epic Games Store, Bethesda gave away three games this week. Doom 3, The Evil Within and The Evil Within 2 are available for free for Windows.
Horror fans can get their hands on the classic shooter this month through Prime Gaming. Prime members can get a code for Doom 3 PC throughout October. Developed by id Software, the 2004 survival game is a staple of the Doom series with over-the-top atmosphere and action.
The Epic Games Store is offering two games from Bethesda’s psychological horror series The Evil Within. Until October 26, you can get the original 2014 The Evil Within for free. Starting on the 26th, 2017’s sequel The Evil Within 2 will be available for free until November 2.
Developed by Tango Gameworks, both games have received critical acclaim for their horror-filled worlds and a story that subverts classic survival tropes. Both games will be available on the Epic Games Store.
Bethesda has partnered with platforms to give them the opportunity to share their beloved games for free. It should be reminded that these games remain in the library once purchased.
