One of the successful players in the foldable phone market, Samsung, is gearing up for a critical move to make its products accessible to more users. The South Korean manufacturer is rolling up its sleeves to introduce an affordable alternative to its Galaxy Z Flip series.
Galaxy Z Flip FE to Launch in 2025
Renowned industry insider Ross Young revealed that Samsung plans to unveil a budget-friendly Galaxy Z Flip FE model in 2025. The foldable phone is expected to feature the same display as the Galaxy Z Flip 7 but will likely make compromises in areas like camera and processor to reduce costs.
As for the processor, there are a few contenders: the Exynos 2400 and Exynos 2400e. However, these chips will be over a year old by the time the phone is launched. This raises the possibility of a surprise upgrade to the Exynos 2500 processor, though no concrete details are available yet.
