Oppo is preparing to make waves in the tech world with its new compact flagship model. According to recent leaks, the Find X8 Mini will stand out with both its slim and lightweight design and powerful hardware. Expected to compete with the latest models from Samsung and iPhone, this device will shine particularly in photography and screen quality. So, what will the Oppo Find X8 Mini offer us? Here are the details…
Oppo Find X8 Mini: Small but Bold
Oppo’s new smartphone, expected to be unveiled in March or April, will be an exciting option for compact phone lovers. It’s rumored to be thinner and lighter than its predecessor, the Vivo X200 Pro Mini. According to the latest leaks, the device will weigh between 180-189 grams and have a thickness of 7 mm to 7.99 mm. This brings the Find X8 Mini closer to the 7.2 mm thick Samsung Galaxy S25.

The phone will feature a triple camera setup on the back. The main camera will have a 50-megapixel resolution, a 1/1.56-inch sensor, and optical image stabilization (OIS). Additionally, there will be a 50-megapixel ultra-wide camera and a 3.5x optical zoom megapixel MP periscope camera. This camera system shows that Oppo will continue to provide a strong photography experience in its Find series.
On the display front, it will feature a 6.3-inch LTPO OLED panel with a resolution of 1,216 x 2,640 pixels, offering a 120Hz refresh rate for a smooth user experience. The device will also have an optical in-display fingerprint sensor for added security.
The Find X8 Mini will be powered by MediaTek’s new-generation Dimensity 9400 chipset, indicating that the phone will perform at flagship levels. Additionally, some sources claim that OnePlus might also release a similar model under its brand.
