Realme has officially announced that its performance-focused new smartphone, the Neo 7 Turbo, will be introduced on May 29. Official posters shared by the company’s China President Xu Qi provide significant insights into both the design and processor of the model. The Neo 7 Turbo will be one of the first smartphones powered by MediaTek’s flagship processor, the Dimensity 9400e.
Processor Details: MediaTek Dimensity 9400e
The Dimensity 9400e is developed using TSMC’s 4nm manufacturing process. It features:
- One Cortex-X4 core running at 3.4 GHz
- Three Cortex-X4 cores at 2.85 GHz
- Four Cortex-A720 cores at 2.0 GHz

For graphics, it houses the Immortalis-G720 MC12 GPU, and for AI tasks, it uses the NPU 790 engine.
According to benchmarks shared by Realme, the Neo 7 Turbo achieved an AnTuTu score of 2.45 million, positioning it among the most powerful smartphones on the market.
The Neo 7 Turbo also stands out in terms of design. Shared visuals reveal a semi-transparent back panel. The device will feature a flat display with 1.5K resolution.
It includes a 7,000 mAh battery and supports 100W fast charging, ensuring top-tier endurance and charging speeds.
In terms of hardware:
- LPDDR5X RAM
- UFS 4.0 storage
- Top-tier variant will include 16 GB RAM and 1 TB internal storage
On the camera front:
- 50 MP main Sony IMX882 sensor with OIS support
- 8 MP ultra-wide-angle camera
