WhatsApp has announced a major update to the “Status” section. Four new tools have been added to the application to enable users to have more creative and interactive experiences in content creation. The collage editing tool, music stickers, personal photo stickers, and the interactive “Add yourself” sticker are now part of Status sharing.

The new “Layout” tool allows users to share up to six photos in a single collage. With this feature, various moments of a day, vacation images, or event memories can now be brought together in a single Status.

With the feature called “More with Music,” it is now possible to create Status content shaped around a song. Users can add various music stickers to photos such as selfies or landscapes.

Another innovation in Status sharing is the ability to use personal photos as stickers. Now, users can turn any photo they want into a sticker and add it to their content. These stickers can be scaled and freely placed anywhere on the screen.

The new “Add also” tag enables interactive sharing. When users share a topic or image, they can invite their friends to reply in the same content format using this tag.
