Samsung is preparing to expand its foldable phone series. The latest promotional video released by the company points to the strongest and thinnest Fold model to date. The device, which is expected to be called “Galaxy Z Fold 7 Ultra,” will be introduced at the Unpacked event to be held in early July.
An “Ultra” model may come to the Galaxy Z Fold 7 series
The Fold 7 Ultra may have a more elegant design compared to the current devices in the series. Samsung has taken important steps in reducing the thickness in previous models. For example, while the Z Fold 6 was 5.6 mm thick, the special version reduced this value to 4.9 mm. The Ultra model is expected to go even lower than this line.

One of the strongest aspects of the new model will be the camera system. This system, which Samsung describes as “best in class,” can be said to be the company’s direct response to camera-focused competitors, especially the vivo X Fold3 Pro.
It is stated that the Fold 7 Ultra follows a similar line with the W25 model. The W25 model, which was released in certain markets last year; It came with high-end technical features such as an 8-inch main screen, a 6.5-inch cover screen, a 200 MP main camera, and 16 GB RAM. The Fold 7 Ultra is also expected to have a hardware package at this level.
It seems that Samsung will push the boundaries of the Fold series even further with its new model, both on the hardware and software side. So what do you think about this device? You can share your opinions with us in the comments section below.
