The Galaxy S26 Ultra, which will be introduced next year, will feature 60W fast charging technology. This technology will charge the phone’s battery to 75 to 80 percent in just 30 minutes. As is well known, the current S25 Ultra model features 45W charging speeds. This means a significant increase in charging speeds.
The Galaxy S26 Ultra will be impressive with its charging speeds
According to calculations, the phone will take approximately 15 minutes to reach 50 percent charge and 45 minutes to reach full charge. Samsung will achieve this charging time improvement without changing the battery capacity. The S26 Ultra will feature a 5,000mAh battery, like its predecessor.

The innovations in the Galaxy S26 series won’t stop there. Samsung will be making a significant change to its product lineup, discontinuing the standard and Plus models. These will be replaced by new Pro and Edge models.
This means the new series will feature the Galaxy S26 Ultra, S26 Pro, and S26 Edge models. According to leaked information, the Galaxy S26 Pro will feature 4,300mAh batteries, while the Galaxy S26 Edge will feature batteries ranging from 4,200mAh to 4,400mAh.
The new series is expected to feature the South Korean brand’s in-house Exynos 2600 processor and Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 processor.
