vivo continues its efforts to expand its product lineup. As part of this strategy, the Chinese manufacturer is preparing to introduce a notable addition to the Y400 Pro 5G model, which was launched in June. Recent reports have revealed the first details about the upcoming vivo Y400.
First Details of the vivo Y400 Revealed
Following last month’s release of the Y400 Pro 5G, vivo is now getting ready to launch the Y400 5G. According to reliable sources, the smartphone is expected to hit the shelves in early August. While not yet confirmed, the device is likely to come in two color options: Olive Green and Elegant White.

Sources suggest that the vivo Y400 5G will feature an AMOLED display. Similar to its Pro variant, it is also expected to sport a punch-hole screen design. Additionally, the panel will support a 120 Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, the device will reportedly be powered by a mid-to-upper range chipset.
The price of the smartphone hasn’t been officially confirmed yet. However, it is expected to be more affordable than the Y400 Pro 5G, which launched at $300. According to reports, the Y400 5G could carry a price tag of around $230.
Unfortunately, technical details about the device remain limited at this time. That said, more information is expected to surface in the coming days.
