Adobe announced new AI-powered tools that will be integrated into Photoshop and Premiere Pro software. These tools will automate users’ image and video editing processes. The tools, which Adobe describes as ‘creative agents’, provide analyses and recommendations to make it easier for users to start their projects.
Artificial intelligence doping for Photoshop and Premier Pro
The creative agent, which will be presented in Photoshop, works with a separate ‘Actions’ panel on the screen. This panel performs context-sensitive analyses on the photo and suggests, for example, deleting people in the background or creating a depth effect by blurring out-of-subject elements. The user only needs to click on the suggestion to complete this process.

The new system not only offers suggestions, but also understands the commands written by users in natural language. Users can give new commands to the AI agent step by step, or continue manual editing in the traditional way.
A similar artificial intelligence support is coming to Premiere Pro. Building on the Media Intelligence feature introduced last week, the tools analyse objects and scene compositions in video content to find the appropriate images.
Thus, support will be offered to the user in processes such as improving plan selections in video content, adjusting colour settings, and editing the audio mix. At the same time, Adobe has also launched the artificial intelligence-supported ‘Generative Extend’ feature.
This feature softens transitions by adding seconds to clips to adapt to video transitions. So what do you think about this issue? You can share your opinions with us in the comments section below.
