Samsung is preparing to attract attention again with a brand new strategy in the foldable phone market. According to the latest information, Samsung is working on a new model that will carry the name Galaxy Z Flip FE and the device is expected to appear as an affordable foldable phone. Here are the details…
Samsung Galaxy Z Flip FE may launch at an affordable price thanks to its Exynos 2400 processor!
It is stated that Samsung will use the Exynos 2400 chipset in the new model. Exynos 2400, which is more cost-effective compared to Qualcomm Snapdragon chips, will have the biggest role in Samsung’s Galaxy Z Flip FE model to reach a wider user base by reducing its price.
The choice of the Exynos 2400 chipset may be surprising for some users because Exynos series processors score lower in performance and efficiency compared to Snapdragon chips. However, Samsung’s use of this chipset to reduce costs is considered a conscious choice for the Galaxy Z Flip FE to provide a price advantage.
On the other hand, it is rumored that the Exynos 2400e chipset used in the Galaxy S24 FE model may also be included in the new foldable model. Thus, Samsung plans to bring foldable phone models to a more accessible level with the Galaxy Z Flip FE.
It is not yet clear exactly what positioning the Galaxy Z Flip FE will have, but some experts suggest that this model will be released before the full-generation refresh of the Galaxy Z Flip series in 2025, offering a more affordable option.
Just as the Galaxy S24 FE debuted at the same time as the Galaxy Tab S10 Plus and S10 Ultra last September, the Galaxy Z Flip FE is expected to be unveiled alongside Samsung’s other flagship devices.
