Poco is preparing to launch its new flagship, the Poco F6, powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset. A senior company executive hinted on Twitter that the F6 will feature Snapdragon 8s Gen 3.

While the executive did not confirm the exact model name, all signs point to it being the Poco F6. The phone has appeared frequently on certification sites, signaling its imminent release. It is also speculated to be a rebranded version of the Redmi Note 13 Turbo or Xiaomi Civi 4 Pro.
The new chip has one Cortex-X4 main core running at 3.01 GHz, four Cortex-A720 performance cores running at 2.8 GHz and three Cortex-A520 efficiency cores running at 1.84 GHz. However, it is manufactured with TSMC’s 4 nm process fabrication process.
Leaks suggest it will feature a 6.78-inch 1.5K OLED display with a refresh rate of 144Hz. The device will also be powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset and fed by a 6000mAh battery that supports 80W fast charging. It is rumored to run Android 14-based HyperOS out of the box.
There is no official launch date for the POCO F6 yet. However, considering that its predecessor was showcased in May last year, we can say that a similar promotion schedule will be adopted for the new model.
