In the early part of this year, OnePlus made its entry into the tablet market with the Pad model, and now they are preparing to unveil the more budget-friendly Pad Go model very soon. Recently, some of the technical specifications and the price tag of the tablet with its design have emerged.
OnePlus Pad Go’s flagship feature
OnePlus has started revealing some of the technical specifications of the Pad Go model that will be unveiled on September 22nd, ahead of its launch. It has been confirmed that the tablet will come with a 2.4K screen resolution. Additionally, it will feature a 7:5 aspect ratio on the display. Lastly, it will run the OxygenOS 13 interface, based on Android 13, right out of the box.
OnePlus recently shared the design of the upcoming Pad Go model on social media. According to this, the tablet’s design bears a significant resemblance to the standard Pad. The most notable change here is the division of the rear panel into matte and glossy sections. Furthermore, details like a single camera placed on the upper-middle part, and thin bezels, which were present in the previous model, can also be seen in this product.
As of now, there isn’t much technical detail available about what kind of user experience the Pad Go will offer beyond the information provided above. Rumors suggest that in terms of technical specifications, it might be a few notches below the OnePlus Pad, but it is expected to focus on delivering good value for its price. In this context, it is stated that the price will be around $240.
