AOC has launched its new monitor model Q27G41ZE for gamers in China. Equipped with a 27-inch Fast IPS panel, the device stands out with its 2K resolution and refresh rate of up to 260Hz. The monitor, which has a launch price of $150, targets competitive gamers with the technical features it offers.
AOC introduces its 2K 260Hz gaming monitor
The new model offers a screen with a resolution of 2560×1440 pixels. The monitor, which can reach a refresh rate of 260Hz with overclocking via DisplayPort, recommends users to switch to 240Hz frequency in case of possible instability. The screen, which has a transition time from gray to gray in 1 millisecond, provides a clear image in fast scenes with a response time of 0.3 milliseconds according to the MPRT measurement.

The device works with Nvidia G-Sync and AMD FreeSync thanks to Adaptive-Sync technology. The monitor, which supports HDR10, offers a brightness level of 300 nits. In terms of color accuracy, it covers 94 percent of the DCI-P3 color gamut and 99.9 percent of the sRGB space. The device, which has a Delta E value below 2, provides high-level color consistency with factory calibration. With six-axis color adjustment, users can customize images according to their own preferences.
The device also includes features to protect eye health during long-term use. Hardware-based low blue light filter, flicker-free DC dimming technology and preset image modes specific to various scenarios are offered for this purpose. MBR Sync technology reduces blur in moving images, while AI-supported sniper zoom can enlarge the screen center up to three times.
The Q27G41ZE offers connection options with an HDMI 2.0 port, a DisplayPort 1.4 input and a 3.5 mm audio output. The device, which has a 100×100 mm VESA wall mount support, comes with an ergonomic stand that offers tilt adjustment between -5° and 23° and right-left rotation. The monitor weighs 3.84 kg with stand and 3.45 kg without stand. It offers both functionality and a modern look with its minimalist chassis designed with red accents.
