Popular games continue to be free for short periods of time. The latest campaign came from Ubisoft. According to the company, five Assassin’s Creed games will be available for free on various platforms between August 10-14.
Popular Assassin’s Creed games free over the weekend
Ubisoft has announced a major weekend event featuring popular Assassin’s Creed titles. The event will run from August 10-14, 2023, and will feature five Assassin’s Creed games for free on both consoles and Windows.
According to the company, there will be different game combinations for Windows, Xbox and PlayStation. For example, Ubisoft Connect for Windows will offer Assassin’s Creed II, Brotherhood, Revelations and Valhalla, while the Epic Games Store will only offer Valhalla.
For Xbox Live Gold members, Xbox consoles will include all five games. Finally, Valhalla will be available for all PlayStation users, while PlayStation Plus Extra members will receive all five games.
The games will be available for pre-load on August 8. The list of all free Assassin’s Creed games is as follows:
Windows:
- Ubisoft Connect – Assassin’s Creed II, Brotherhood, Revelations and Valhalla
- Epic Games Store – Assassin’s Creed Valhalla
Xbox:
- Xbox Live Gold – Assassin’s Creed II, Brotherhood, Revelations, Black Flag and Valhalla
PlayStation:
- All PS4 and PS5 owners – Assassin’s Creed Valhalla
- PlayStation Plus Extra – Assassin’s Creed II, Brotherhood, Black Flag, Revelations and Valhalla
During the event, which starts next weekend, you can try the standard version of each game. Your progress will also be saved if you choose to buy the full game. Ubisoft will also be offering up to 85 percent off Assassin’s Creed games on all platforms until August 17.
