Measuring 4,881 mm in length, 1,960 mm in width, 1,479 mm in height, and 2,950 mm in wheelbase, the vehicle is positioned in the D segment. The interior features a digitally focused, simple yet premium design.

The driver and passenger infotainment systems are offered with an “ultrawide” widescreen solution. This design combines the digital instrument cluster, central control display, and passenger display under the same structure.
On the performance side, the vehicle offers four different engine options. Single-motor versions produce 220 kW (299 hp) and 300 kW (408 hp), while dual-motor versions offer 386 kW (525 hp) and 579 kW (787 hp).
In its most powerful version, the vehicle accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.4 seconds. This performance is supported by Audi’s quattro all-wheel drive system. The suspension features adjustable active air suspension and continuously variable CDC damping.
Battery options are also diverse. The entry-level model uses a 76 kWh LFP battery, providing a range of 618 km. Other models feature NMC batteries manufactured by CATL. Ranges with these batteries are measured at 623 km, 773 km, and 647 km, respectively. Thanks to fast charging support, a charge of just 10 minutes provides an additional range of over 370 km.

The Audi E5 Sportback also stands out with its comprehensive driver assistance systems. A roof-integrated LiDAR system enhances the vehicle’s autonomous capabilities. In addition, it also includes three long-range millimeter-wave radars, 12 ultrasonic radars, and 11 cameras.
All of these sensors are managed by the Nvidia Orin-X chip. The system is active in various scenarios, including city driving, highway driving, and automated parking.
The Audi E5 Sportback’s positioning in China is considered a key component of the brand’s electric mobility strategy in the Asian market. Produced in partnership with SAIC, the model stands out among the most ambitious representatives in its class in terms of battery technology, software infrastructure, and autonomous driving support.
