The claim that Battlefield 6 will be unveiled on this date came to light following a leaked special promotional package from a publisher. The same publisher also shared the information that the event will last three days.

The new Battlefield game was announced by EA in September last year. The company stated that the game was in development and was inspired by Battlefield 3, one of the most acclaimed games in the series.

It was previously clear that Battlefield 6, which was slated to take place in a modern setting, would not feature mechanics like the “Specialist” system, which garnered significant criticism from the previous game. Battlefield 2042, released in 2021, was a major failure for EA and its developer, DICE. The game was heavily criticized by both players and critics, damaging trust in the series.

The Battlefield 6 process is proceeding more controlled. Some players have had the opportunity to experience the game in recent months by participating in the closed beta. However, a wider release date hasn’t been announced. A content creator recently announced that Battlefield 6 will be unveiled during an EA event on July 29th, accompanied by interviews with developers and promotional videos featuring creators.

No official statement has yet been released from EA and DICE. However, considering the approximately five months of closed beta testing, it’s believed the open beta is ready for release. Furthermore, a leaked image of the game contained what was claimed to be the opening scene of the Battle Royale mode.

The images were quickly removed from the internet. Despite this, anticipation that the mode will be included in Battlefield 6 has grown. The leaked promotional pack also appears to include classic Battlefield modes such as Conquest, Rush, and Breakthrough.

Definitive information about Battlefield 6 will be made public at EA’s event at the end of July. The open beta is expected to be available in the days following this process.
