The best-selling smartphone models of the second quarter of 2025 have been revealed. According to data from technology market research firm Counterpoint, Apple topped the list, with half of the top 10 models coming from the Cupertino-based company.
Best-selling phones revealed
The iPhone 16 topped the list. The iPhone 16 Pro Max and iPhone 16 Pro followed closely behind. These three models took the top three spots on the best-selling phone list.
Samsung featured four models on the list. The company’s mid-range model, the Galaxy A16 5G, ranked fourth. The Galaxy A06 4G came in fifth, the Galaxy A16 4G came in seventh, and the flagship Galaxy S25 Ultra came in eighth.
Models from other brands dominated the list. The iPhone 16e came in sixth, and Xiaomi’s Redmi 14C 4G placed ninth. Apple’s previous series, the iPhone 15, managed to stay in the top 10, finding itself in the tenth place.
