Games coming to BMW via AirConsole

AirConsole allows users to use their smartphones as a controller while playing games. The system has many games, including GoKart Go Air, Mega Monster Party, Let’s Cook Together, Mario Party, Cooking Mama, Jackbox games, and more. It has more than 180 games available on the PC version.

BMW will make AirConsole available on the new BMW 7-series. It means that some of the new vehicles like the iX XDrive 50 will not get the AirConsole. However, the company could allow owners to change the screen and play games on the cars. BMW also announced that new cars of next year will get AirConsole.

AirConsole will be accessible only when the car is parked. Users need a smartphone to play games in the car. They will use their phones as a controller, and a connection between the phone and the car. The system will offer a QR code in the vehicle, and players will scan the code to play games.
