The Chuwi Hi10 X2 has officially joined the brand’s budget tablet lineup, offering a familiar 2-in-1 form factor with updated internals and a modest price tag. Priced at $177.11 with a launch coupon, the Hi10 X2 keeps the essentials intact while improving power efficiency.
Chuwi Hi10 X2 sticks to convertible roots

Like its predecessor, the Chuwi Hi10 X2 features a detachable keyboard and a 10.1-inch IPS display with a 1280×800 resolution and 16:10 aspect ratio. The design remains slim and lightweight, making it a practical option for students or light productivity on the go.
Although the display and chassis are unchanged from the Hi10 X1, Chuwi has swapped out the older Intel N150 processor for a Core i3-10100Y. This Amber Lake chip offers dual cores and better thermal efficiency thanks to its lower base TDP, which could help stretch battery life despite offering similar real-world performance.
Budget specs with a few premium touches
Internally, the Chuwi Hi10 X2 carries 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, which is plenty for basic tasks, web browsing, and media. A 3,400 mAh battery powers the tablet unchanged from the previous model.
The camera setup remains basic but usable, with an 8MP rear camera and a 5MP front camera for video calls or quick snaps.
Here’s what else the Hi10 X2 offers:
- 1× USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A
- 2× USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C (one full-featured)
- 1× Micro HDMI
- 1× 3.5 mm audio jack
- WiFi 6 and Bluetooth 5.3
- Pogo pin connector for keyboard attachment
Affordable 2-in-1 Windows tablet with smart compromises
While the Chuwi Hi10 X2 doesn’t make a performance leap, it prioritizes power efficiency and connectivity. It’s a thoughtful refresh for users who want a Windows tablet with convertible design that won’t break the bank.
The device is currently priced at $199.99, but applying the code Hi268 drops it to $177.11 on Chuwi’s official store. For students, travelers, or casual users, it offers just enough to stay productive without tipping into bloated pricing.
