Samsung continues to advance in the tablet market and is set to soon unveil the Tab S11 series. Recent leaks reveal key technical specifications of the series’ flagship model, the Tab S11 Ultra.
What will the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra offer?
Reliable industry source Abhishek Yadav shared some details about the upcoming Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra. The tablet will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400 Plus chipset. Manufactured with a 3nm process, this SoC features a 1x 3.73 GHz ARM Cortex-X925 core, 3x ARM Cortex-X4 cores, and 4x ARM Cortex-A720 cores, along with an Immortalis-G925 MC12 GPU.

According to the source, the model will come with 12 GB of RAM. While not confirmed, there might be additional memory options announced at launch. The tablet will run Android 16 out of the box.
