Samsung is set to unveil its highly anticipated Galaxy S25 series in early 2025. While there aren’t many questions about what the smartphones will offer, new details continue to emerge, shedding light on previously unknown aspects.

Galaxy S25 Series Appears in FCC Database

The global versions of the Samsung Galaxy S25, S25 Plus, and S25 Ultra have been spotted in the FCC database with model numbers SM-S931B, SM-S936B, and SM-S938B, respectively. Although the listing doesn’t reveal the exact launch date, it confirms that Ultra-Wideband (UWB) technology, which allows for faster and more secure connections, will only be available on the Plus and Ultra models.

The devices will feature 5G, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, GNSS, and dual-band Wi-Fi, providing users with a wide range of connectivity options. However, charging speeds will remain the same as the previous series, with 25W for the standard model and 45W for the Plus and Ultra variants.

Another model Samsung is reportedly working on is the Galaxy S25 Slim. However, based on current reports, it seems this device will be added to the series at a later date.

Reliable industry sources claim that the new series will be unveiled on January 22 and hit shelves in early February. Since no official statement has been made, it’s wise to approach these rumors cautiously. As for the Slim model, there’s no concrete information yet on when it will join the lineup.
