Leaks continue to emerge regarding vivo’s new value-for-money phone, the V50. Recently, it was rumored that the smartphone would be launched in February, and now its specifications and price have surfaced. Here are the details!
What will the vivo V50 offer, and at what price will it be sold?
Reliable industry sources have suggested that the starting price of the vivo V50 will be $438. Considering that its predecessor was priced at $400, we can say there is a price increase.
The specifications of the vivo V50 will be largely similar to its predecessor. It is expected to come with the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset and feature a dual rear camera setup with two 50 Megapixel sensors. On the front, a 50 Megapixel selfie camera may be present. As for the design, it is expected to resemble the previous model.
Despite these similarities, there could be some improvements in the battery department. Although not confirmed, the device might feature a 6,000 mAh battery, an upgrade from the 5,500 mAh battery in its predecessor. Additionally, charging speeds could be increased from 80W to 90W.
The phone is expected to offer configurations with 12GB RAM + 256GB storage and 12GB RAM + 512GB storage. Finally, it is claimed that the model will be a rebranded version of the vivo S20, which could mean the two models share most of the same specifications.
