Nvidia is preparing to launch the highly anticipated RTX 5060 Ti graphics card with two different memory configurations. Thus, like the previous generation RTX 4060 Ti, it will be available with two different memory options. So when will it be released? Here are the release date and performance details…
Nvidia RTX 5060 Ti: 16 GB and 8 GB models available in March and April
The 16 GB version of the graphics cards will be released in late March, while the 8 GB model will be released in April. The RTX 5060 Ti will use the GB205/GB206 GPU based on the Blackwell architecture. The card is expected to feature a 128-bit memory bus and GDDR7 memory at 28 Gbps. Thanks to this structure, memory bandwidth will reach 448 GB/s, a 55% increase compared to the RTX 4060 Ti’s 288 GB/s.

The card’s total power consumption (TBP) is set at 180W, which is 15-20W more than the RTX 4060 Ti. However, the card will only be able to work with a single 8-pin PCIe power connection, reducing cooling costs for manufacturers. Also, some models may have the new 12V-2×6 power connector, but this won’t apply to all versions.
The 5060 Ti will offer PCIe 5.0 support. However, since it will only have an 8-line configuration, it is expected to be similar in performance to PCIe 4.0 x16. The official MSRP price of the card has not yet been announced, but considering that the RTX 4060 Ti’s 8 GB model is $399 and the 16 GB model is $499, we can expect to see the RTX 5060 Ti with similar pricing.
The RTX 5060 Ti will be introduced after the RTX 5070, which Nvidia will launch in March. Nvidia’s next-generation RTX 50 series cards will feature gaming performance and advanced AI-powered graphics technologies like DLSS 3.5. What do you think about this card?
