CIRP notes that about 85% of iPhone sales are made by iPhone owners.
Meanwhile, the report shows that 12% of iPhone buyers will switch from Android in 2023. This rate was 15% in 2022. Of course, considering that this rate fluctuated between 11%-15% between 2019-2021, we can only say that there was a decrease compared to last year.
