Elon Musk has changed his username on social media platform X once again. Musk’s new username is Harry Bolz. This name change is thought to be a reference to an English slang expression, which Musk previously used in 2023.
Elon Musk changed his X username to Harry Bolz
Elon Musk’s unusual move on X follows his move to buy ChatGPT developer OpenAI. Musk, who thought OpenAI was not being managed well, made a $97.4 billion offer to take control of the company. This offer was made through an investor group led by Musk’s artificial intelligence startup xAI.
However, OpenAI CEO Sam Altman rejected this offer and made it clear that the company was not for sale. In response to the rejected offer, Altman offered Musk to buy Twitter for $9.74 billion.
Elon Musk responded to Altman’s post with the term ‘fraud’. It seems that the tension between the two parties will continue for a while.
Musk’s recent choice of the username Harry Bolz was interpreted by many as a show aimed at both media and attention. Musk, who has used different aliases such as Kekius Maximus in the past, frequently comes to the agenda with such behaviors.
Although the latest move resonated with X, it should be noted that the name Harry Bolz does not mean anything. Let’s see when Musk will update his name again.
