A new addition to the Grand Theft Auto series, which has captivated many of us since childhood, is on the way. GTA 6, developed by Rockstar Games, has been highly anticipated since the release of GTA 5 in 2013. Almost all of the series’ games are still beloved and actively played by fans, and the leaked images and details of GTA 6 so far have sparked a lot of interest. Here’s everything we know about GTA 6.
GTA 6 Will Bring the Past Back to Life
One of the most notable aspects of the highly anticipated game is the region it will take place in. What excites nearly every player is the return to Vice City, which is essentially Miami. The game is expected to include satirical content targeting American society in this region.

Additionally, GTA 6 will introduce a first for the series by allowing players to control a female character. While the partner of the character, Lucia, has yet to be determined, it’s expected that, like GTA 5, character switching will be a feature in this game too.
Previous leaks have given us some insight into the gameplay, mechanics, and graphics. Rockstar Games, which provided a comprehensive and immersive experience with GTA 5, plans to offer an even more advanced game with GTA 6. With the evolving technologies, we can also expect innovations in AI and NPC characters.
While there is still no official release date, rumors suggest the game will run at 30fps on PS5 and Xbox Series X. As with most Grand Theft Auto releases, the PC version will likely come later. GTA 6 is expected to launch on September 17, 2025, with a price tag of $100. If these rumors are true, we’ll be getting a new entry in the series after 12 years.
