Xiaomi is gearing up to unveil its upcoming Watch 2 Pro model in the wearable technology sector, in addition to its smartphone offerings. The previously unknown features of this smartwatch, previously identified with the model number M2233W1 in the IMEI database, have now been revealed.
What will the Xiaomi Watch 2 Pro offer?
According to a recent report by Arsène Lupin, known for leaking information in the industry, the Xiaomi Watch 2 Pro will come equipped with 2 GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage. The smartwatch will be powered by the Snapdragon W5+ Gen 1 processor.
The smartwatch is expected to feature a 1.43-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 466×466 pixels and a pixel density of 326 ppi. It will be powered by a 500 mAh battery that can provide up to 72 hours of usage on a single charge. Additionally, there will be Bluetooth and 4G LTE versions of the watch available.
The watch’s screen will have an Always on Display feature and offer users a variety of watch face options. Other features will include body composition analysis, sleep tracking, SpO2 monitoring, and various sports modes commonly found in Xiaomi watches. Lastly, the smartwatch is expected to run on the Wear OS 3 operating system, although the exact release date has not been confirmed yet.
A recent report leaked by MySmartPrice showcases the design of the upcoming Xiaomi Watch 2 Pro model. According to the leaked images, Xiaomi has opted for a circular design for its upcoming smartwatch, different from the square design seen in the Xiaomi Watch 2. Furthermore, the new smartwatch will be available in at least two color options: Silver and Black!
