For months, Apple has been directing users who lost their smartphones and tablets to Scott Schuster’s house. Schuster, who says dozens of people have come to his house for a few months, claimed that he couldn’t get help from Apple.
For those who don’t know, Apple’s Find My iPhone app shows the location of the phone by scanning through GPS. However, it has been reported that due to a software issue, some devices always appear to be at the same wrong address. Schuster said Apple Support did nothing about the issue.
