Lin, a machine learning engineer who lost his job just a few months after Musk acquired the company, was known for his dedication and success in his role. In fact, Lin found the management system of the former owner Jack Dorsey to be quite lax. With his diligent work ethic, Lin quickly gained Musk’s trust, often arriving early and staying late for work, and participating in important meetings with the famous entrepreneur.
In fact, Randall Lin even approved Musk’s decision to lay off thousands of employees because he believed it could increase productivity in the company. However, some employees who felt uneasy about this decision and feared losing their jobs began spreading various rumors.
