Samsung brings different versions of its devices. In 2023, the South Korean company launched the Galaxy 14 5G at first. While the launched device is now available in India, the US, and some select markets, Samsung announced that it will soon launch the 4G / LTE version of the Galaxy A14. For now, the images and specs of the upcoming device leaked. Here are the details about Samsung Galaxy A14 4G...
Galaxy A14 4G comes with MediaTek Helio G80
According to the leaked specifications, Samsung will power the Galaxy A14 4G with a MediaTek Helio G80 processor. Compared to the 5G version of the device, which has the new Exynos 1330 processor, the phone manufacturer seems to prefer an older chipset for the 4G model. In addition to the chipset, the device will have 4GB / 6GB of RAM and 64GB / 128GB of storage options.
On the display side, the phone will allegedly feature a 6.6-inch PLS LCD with Full HD+ resolution and a 60Hz refresh rate. Additionally, the Galaxy A14 4G comes with a microSD card slot (up to 1TB), and the device runs Android 13-based One UI 5.0 out of the box. In terms of camera, A14 4G will have a 13-megapixel selfie, a 50-megapixel main, a 5-megapixel ultra-wide, and a 2-megapixel macro camera.
It is claimed that Samsung will launch the device with a 5,000mAh battery with support for up to 10W charging, a dual-SIM card slot, GPS, Wi-Fi b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 5.2, a USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm jack. Also, the device comes with Dolby Atmos support for stereo speakers and a side-mounted fingerprint reader.
We can see from the leaked images that the A14 4G will be available in Black, Green, and Silver colors. While it looks like the A14 5G, there are a few differences in terms of design. According to reports, the phone will be available in Europe by the end of March 2023, and it will cost a starting price of €200 ($217).
