Galaxy S23 Ultra is powered by the modified version of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, as expected. The device comes with the chipset variant called Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 Mobile Platform for Galaxy. Samsung explains, When stopping is not an option, this revolutionary chip powers your phone to deliver better gaming and video streaming, with extended battery life to carry you through the most epic of days.” Additionally, S23 Ultra has 8GB and 12GB of RAM, 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB of storage options.
