Galaxy S24+’s Exynos 2400 chipset spotted on Geekbench
According to the leaked Geekbench results, the Galaxy S24+ spotted with model number SM-2926B, and it is expected to be available in the “B” variant for the new Exynos chipset. When we look at the results, we can get some hints about the early performance of the expected smartphone. It seems that the phone’s Exynos model will offer lower performance than the Snapdragon variant.
Samsung is expected to announce two variants of the upcoming phone series, the Exynos 2400 and Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, for different markets. Now, the results show that the Exynos 2400 SoC scores 2067 points in the single-core benchmark and 6520 points in multi-core.
Depending on the earlier rumors, we can say that the Exynos 2400 will show lower performance than the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, which scores 2234 points in the single-core benchmark and 6807 points in the multi-core tests.
Samsung is getting ready to show off the new Galaxy S24 in an event scheduled for early January. People in the know from South Korea are saying the new phones will come out ‘early next year’ and the launch event will be probably held in San Francisco, just like before.
