New reports provide a detailed look at the upcoming Galaxy S25 FE from Samsung. The device is expected to be powered by an improved Exynos 2400 chipset, a slight upgrade from the Exynos 2400e found in its predecessor. It will offer storage options of either 128GB or 256GB, paired with 8GB of RAM.
Galaxy S25 FE’s Key Features Emerge
The phone will feature a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a 1080×2340 resolution and a smooth 120 Hz refresh rate. For added durability, the screen will be protected by Gorilla Glass Victus.

In terms of cameras, the Galaxy S25 FE is rumored to have a versatile triple-camera setup on the back. This includes a 50 MP main camera with an f/1.8 aperture and optical image stabilization (OIS), a 12 MP ultrawide camera, and an 8 MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom and OIS support. The front camera is expected to be a 12 MP sensor with an f/2.2 aperture.
Powering the device will be a 4,500 mAh battery that supports both 45W wired and 15W wireless charging. The phone is also said to have an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance and will measure 161.3 x 76.6 x 7.4mm and weigh 190g. It will launch with the Android 16 operating system and Samsung’s One UI 8 interface. An official announcement is anticipated for this month or in September.
