Leaks about Samsung’s highly anticipated Galaxy S25 Slim model have started to increase day by day. According to the latest information, the new model may have the “Ultra camera” technology mentioned in previous rumors. The model, which Samsung is expected to unveil in January 2025, will have a slimmer design and different camera features than other phones in the series.
Samsung Galaxy S25 Slim will have Ultra Camera setup
First of all, the Galaxy S25 Slim’s rear camera is rumored to be equipped with a new Isocell HP5 sensor with a resolution of 200 MP. This sensor is designed to be smaller (1/1.56-inch) compared to the previously introduced HP2. In addition to the high-resolution sensor, the device is expected to feature an ultra-wide angle and telephoto lens.
However, the telephoto lens may use Samsung’s All Lenses on Prism (ALoP) technology instead of the traditional periscope design. This design would allow for a tighter fit of the lenses, resulting in a thinner device design. The Slim model will feature detailed zoom with 3.5x optical zoom and AI-powered digital zoom.
However, it may be a step behind in terms of versatility as it won’t feature a second telephoto lens like the Galaxy S25 Ultra. Nevertheless, the Slim model is expected to meet the needs of users thanks to its compact design and powerful camera. It is stated that the Galaxy S25 Slim will have a thinner and ergonomic design compared to other models of the series.
