The first significant leaks about the Samsung Galaxy S26 series, expected to be unveiled early next year, have begun to emerge. According to new information, Samsung will be shifting its processor strategy. The top-of-the-line model will feature a revolutionary AI-powered display technology.
Exynos 2600 rumors for the Galaxy S26
Leaks suggest Samsung will pursue a dual-processor strategy for the Galaxy S26 series. The Galaxy S26 Pro and Galaxy S26 Edge models will reportedly be available with the company’s in-house Exynos 2600 in some markets. Other markets may also be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor. The top-of-the-line Galaxy S26 Ultra will reportedly be equipped exclusively with the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 in all markets. This suggests that performance-oriented users may be tempted to opt for the Ultra model.

One of the most striking leaks concerns the display technology. The Galaxy S26 Ultra is said to feature an AI-powered privacy screen called the “Flex Magic Pixel,” developed by Samsung Display. This technology can instantly adjust the display’s viewing angle by controlling individual OLED pixels.
For example, when an app containing sensitive information, such as a banking app, is opened, AI is activated. It will automatically narrow the viewing angle so that the screen is visible only to the user. This feature aims to maximize privacy when using the phone in public spaces. Samsung is also expected to use this technology in its foldable phones in 2026.
Significant battery and design upgrades are also on the way. According to reliable source Ice Universe, the Galaxy S26 Ultra will feature more rounded corners for a more comfortable grip. The device will reportedly retain its 5,000mAh battery capacity, but charging speeds are also said to be significantly improved. The Galaxy S25 Ultra’s 45W charging support will reportedly be increased to 65W in the S26 Ultra.
The Galaxy S26 Edge, another member of the series, is also rumored to come with a lithium-ion battery. It is also among the leaked information that its capacity will be increased from 3,900 mAh to 4,200 mAh.
