Honor, which continues its work in the foldable phone market, will soon showcase the Magic V5 model. Recent developments reveal that the phone has passed an important threshold before its launch.
Honor Magic V5 received 3C certification
Honor Magic V5 appeared in the 3C database with the model numbers Honor MTN-AN00 and MTN-AN80. This development reveals that the smartphone will charge at 80W speeds. It also confirms the rumors that the product’s launch event will be held very soon.

The foldable phone appeared in the Geekbench database with the Snapdragon 8 Elite Leading Version processor. We can say that the critical advantage of this chipset over the standard Snapdragon 8 Elite is that it runs its two main cores at 4.47GHz instead of 4.32GHz.
The foldable phone managed to get 3,052 points in the single-core tests and 9,165 points in the multi-core tests. In this way, some features of the product were indirectly confirmed by the OS.
When we take a look at the test results of this model, we see that it runs the Android 15 operating system along with 16GB of RAM.
Moreover, the foldable phone has previously received CMIIT certification with the model number MBH-AN10. This indirectly confirms that the product will come with a 6,100mAh battery. The Magic V5 is expected to be the thinnest and lightest foldable phone on the market. However, the company has not shared the thickness or weight data of the device at the moment.
