Samsung Galaxy Z Fold5 and Z Flip5 are 15% more expensive in Russia

Although Samsung announced that it was suspending shipments to Russia due to the war, the latest Galaxy devices are on sale earlier than the global sale. According to local carrier MTS, Samsung’s Z Fold5 costs RUB 189,990 ($2,062) for the 256GB model, RUB 199,990 ($2,170) for the 512GB, and RUB 219,990 ($2,390) for the 1TB option.

On the other side, the Galaxy Z Flip5 is on sale starting at RUB 110,000 for the 256GB variant. However, the Flip5 is 20% more expensive than its pricing in the United States. While there are two weeks to the global schedule, you can purchase the newest foldable smartphones at online stores in Russia, but you should wait more if you are not in Russia.
