Ghost of Yotei is about to get a major overhaul. On November 24, a free update lands with New Game Plus, new gear, improved Photo Mode tools, and fresh post-game content that gives players more to chase even after the story ends.
New Game Plus expands Ghost of Yotei’s replayability

This mode lets players relive Atsu’s journey with every previously earned weapon, ability, and armor set still intact. A new higher difficulty setting is included, along with two fresh Trophies tied to NG+ progress.
It’s not just a reset, it’s a remix. The difficulty curve ramps up, and the game rewards those who stick around after the credits roll.
Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 makes Game Awards history with 12 nominations, including Game of the Year and three acting nods.
New merchant Masujiro and Ghost Flowers currency
A new vendor, Masujiro the Melodious, makes his debut in this update. He accepts a fresh currency called Ghost Flowers, which players earn through NG+ challenges and post-game events.

- 30+ cosmetics including weapon dyes and armor sets
- 10 new charms for added build variety
- Extra upgrade tier for all weapons and armor
