Gigabyte has introduced a new 27-inch gaming monitor, the GO27Q24, expanding its OLED lineup with a competitive edge. Featuring a QD-OLED panel, 1440p resolution, and a 240Hz refresh rate, this model targets gamers who want elite visuals without pushing into ultra-premium pricing.
Gigabyte GO27Q24 pairs QD-OLED with fast refresh rates

The GO27Q24 comes with a 2,560 × 1,440 QD-OLED panel, likely the same third-gen panel used in the Philips Evnia 27M2N6501L. That display recently launched at £399 in the UK, suggesting Gigabyte’s entry could land in a similar price bracket once available.
The monitor supports HDR10 and reaches up to 400 nits peak brightness. While that’s below some rivals, like the MSI MAG 271QP, which reaches 1,000 nits, it should still deliver rich contrast and vivid HDR scenes in most lighting conditions.
Gigabyte GO27Q24 aims for color and clarity
This QD-OLED display hits 99% DCI-P3 color gamut coverage with a 1.5M:1 contrast ratio. That means deeper blacks, strong color accuracy, and better detail in shadows—essential for immersive gameplay and media use.
Key display highlights include:
- 1440p resolution (2,560 × 1,440)
- 240Hz refresh rate
- 0.03 ms response time
- HDR10 support
- 400 nits peak brightness
- 99% DCI-P3 color gamut
Built for fast action and flexibility
Gigabyte has also added several gamer-focused features. Tactical Switch 2.0 lets users quickly toggle between screen sizes and aspect ratios. Black boost and night vision modes improve visibility in dark scenes, useful in FPS and horror titles.
The GO27Q24 includes an adjustable stand for height, tilt, swivel, and pivot. Port selection is solid, with DisplayPort 1.4, HDMI, and USB-C (15W charging + DP Alt Mode). It also ships with a three-year OLED warranty—an important detail for users concerned about burn-in.
Pricing and release window are still unannounced
Gigabyte hasn’t confirmed pricing or a launch date yet. But given the panel similarity to the Evnia model and the modest 400-nit spec, the GO27Q24 could land as a strong value pick in the 1440p OLED gaming segment.
A new 1440p OLED option with speed to match
If priced right, the Gigabyte GO27Q24 could be one of the most accessible 1440p OLED monitors with high refresh rates. With smart display extras and a USB-C port on board, it looks built for gamers who want performance without compromise.
