Apple Fitness+ is expanding its award-winning fitness and health service to 28 new markets. Available starting December 15th in countries such as Chile, Hong Kong, India, the Netherlands, Singapore, and Taiwan, the service will launch in Japan next year.
Apple Fitness+ Expands
This expansion marks the biggest and most comprehensive step for Apple Fitness+ since its launch five years ago. The service will offer hundreds of workouts and meditations digitally dubbed in Spanish, German, and Japanese; content will be continuously updated with new episodes added weekly. K-Pop music is also being added to the platform.

Jay Blahnik, Apple’s Senior Vice President of Fitness Technologies, stated that Fitness+ encourages users to live healthier lives thanks to its seamless integration with Apple devices. The ability to view real-time personal metrics via Apple Watch or AirPods Pro 3, and the ability to take the service anywhere with an iPhone or iPad, enhances the user experience.
With this expansion, the service is now available in 49 countries. Fitness+ offers 12 different workout types, including Strength, Yoga, HIIT, Pilates, Dance, Cycling, Kickboxing, and Meditation; sessions range from 5 to 45 minutes.
Users can enhance their workouts with Apple Watch or track personal metrics like heart rate, calories burned, progress on Activity Rings, and Burn Bar on-screen via AirPods Pro 3. The Custom Plans feature creates personalized programs based on users’ favorite activities, durations, trainers, and music preferences.
