Amazon’s popular series Reacher has been officially confirmed for season 4, months before season 3, which will air on Prime Video in 2025. The series, which has not yet aired its third season, is currently confirmed to be on screens for at least two more seasons.
A week ago, Amazon announced that it had ordered a spin-off production starring star Maria Sten. Sten will reprise her role as Frances Neagley in the new series.
Reacher exceeded Amazon’s expectations
According to the data announced by Amazon, the Reacher series reached great viewership numbers in 2023. The series achieved high viewing figures with its second season. In addition, the number of viewers in the first three days of the second season increased by 50 per cent compared to the previous season.
Vernon Sanders, president of Amazon MGM Studios, said the following about Reacher:
‘Reacher has become a phenomenon that continues to resonate with our global audience beyond our wildest expectations, and we are thrilled to bring the series back for another season. It’s time to see more action. All-new adventures from the immensely talented team behind the series, including Nick Santora, Alan Ritchson, Lee Child, Skydance and CBS Studios.’
Good news for fans of The Diplomat and Nobody Wants This! Netflix has given new season approval for two popular series.
Based on Lee Child’s novels, the cast of the third season of the series will include stars such as Maria Sten, Anthony Michael Hall, Sonya Cassidy, Brian Tee, Johnny Berchtold, Robert Montesinos, Daniel David Stewart and Olivier Richters, as well as the protagonist Alan Ritchson. The highly anticipated new season will be based on the eleventh novel of the series, Cold Vengeance.
