December 2024 Update for Samsung Galaxy S23 is Live

Samsung has expanded the December 2024 security patch, which was previously released in the US and South Korea for the Galaxy S23 series, to Europe. This latest update for smartphones fixes over 45 security vulnerabilities and improves system stability. The patch size is approximately 400 MB.

If the update notification hasn’t appeared on your device automatically, you can manually check for updates by navigating to:
Settings > Software Update > Download and Install.
If the update is still not available after following these steps, it may not yet be rolled out to your region. In such cases, you might need to wait a little longer.
